Karen Masuko ESQ.
Karen has been practicing law in the field of real estate for 20 years. She began her legal career acting as bank counsel for numerous national and local lending institutions, as well as wholesale mortgage bankers. In 2010, she shifted her focus to concentrate on the representation of buyers and sellers in all facets of residential real estate transactions.
Prior to practicing law, Karen worked in the social services field acting as a case manager and advocate for homeless women in an emergency and transitional housing facility in the Bronx. Her background in case management has provided invaluable transferrable skills to her legal practice including flexibility, problem-solving, patience, collaboration, and teamwork.
Karen is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
