ABOUT KGMD

KGMD was formed in 2020 by three attorneys who wanted to combine their decades of experience with a more personal, more tailored approach to the residential real estate transactions. Fast forward a few years and we are now a firm of over 20 dedicated legal professionals whose job is to identify and mitigate risk, conduct in depth due diligence on a property, and hand hold our clients throughout the entire purchase and sales process.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life. We’ve represented both sellers and purchasers in every financial category. From a $200,000 co-op, to a $20,000,000 new construction condo. We treat each client the same way, no matter what.
