Scott Goldman, ESQ
Scott Goldman has focused on practicing residential real estate dating back to law school and as an attorney for 20 years thereafter. From 2006-2012 Scott worked (and was made partner) at a hybrid transactional real estate/real estate litigation firm representing numerous sellers and buyers ranging from first-time purchasers to sophisticated investors. Having worked closely with litigation attorneys for 6 years, Scott had a long window into a side of real estate law that enabled him to develop a unique ability to foresee potential issues and problems and to deal with them before they become real issues and/or problems.
In 2012 Scott joined what was regarded annually as one of, if not the largest, residential real estate firms in New York City, where Scott continued to represent buyers, sellers, and investors in high volume for over 10 years before the firm was sold which subsequently led him to Konner Gershburg Melnick Darouvar.
Scott prides himself on his thoroughness, patience, and responsiveness to go along with his extensive experience of 20 years in the real estate world. Scott’s goal is to make all of his clients feel like he is making them his top priority and providing first-rate counsel.
Outside of the office, Scott lives in Roslyn, New York with his wife, his 2 young boys, and his energetic lab, who all apparently share the same goal (except for the dog) of making sure that Scott never retires.
